Understanding Team Roles

Before inviting team members, it's important to understand the different roles and their permissions in Arxiv Stone.

How to Invite Team Members

Follow these simple steps to add new team members to your workspace

Navigate to Team Management

Click on 'Team' in the sidebar

Click 'Invite Team Member'

Look for the green 'new' button in the top right corner

Enter Email and Role

Add the team member's email address and select their role

Send Invitation

Click 'Send Invite' - they'll receive an email with instructions

Onboard for a team member

You can always onboard for a team member as the owner or admin of the organization. Just input info accurately and the team will get email to join. The pending status will be removed once they accept the invitation

Best Practices

Start with Essential Team Members

Invite co-founders and key team members first before expanding to the broader team.

Use Appropriate Role Assignments

Follow the principle of least privilege - give people only the access they need.

Include Welcome Messages

Add personal welcome messages to help new team members feel included.

Managing Team Members

After inviting team members, you can manage their access and roles through the Team Management interface.

Edit Roles

Change team member roles and permissions

Resend Invitations

Resend invitation emails to team members who haven't joined yet.

Remove Members

Remove team members who no longer need access to your workspace.

Great! Your team members will receive invitation emails with instructions to join your workspace. Now you can start collaborating and building together.
