Understanding Team Roles
Before inviting team members, it's important to understand the different roles and their permissions in Arxiv Stone.

How to Invite Team Members
Follow these simple steps to add new team members to your workspace
Navigate to Team Management
Click on 'Team' in the sidebar
Click 'Invite Team Member'
Look for the green 'new' button in the top right corner
Enter Email and Role
Add the team member's email address and select their role
Send Invitation
Click 'Send Invite' - they'll receive an email with instructions
Onboard for a team member
You can always onboard for a team member as the owner or admin of the organization. Just input info accurately and the team will get email to join. The pending status will be removed once they accept the invitation

Invite co-founders and key team members first before expanding to the broader team.
Use Appropriate Role Assignments
